How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery to mainland Portugal takes between 2 and 5 business days after shipping.
Is shipping free?
Yes, for orders above €50. Below that amount, a €4.99 fee applies.
Can I return an item?
Yes, we accept returns up to 14 days after receipt, as long as the item is unused and has its original tags. For defective products, return costs are covered by Malmequer.
How can I get in touch?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, debit card, MB Way, Multibanco, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Amazon Pay, and Link. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
How can I access or delete my personal data?
Under the GDPR, you can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Just send us your request by email at geral@malmequer.pt.
What personal data do you collect?
